Thailand Commercial Portal – Listing Terms & Conditions & User Registration Agreement

Welcome to Thailand Commercial Portal. By registering an account, submitting a listing, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Account Registration & Security

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to represent a business entity to create an account.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated.
  • Account Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Listing Submission & Content Guidelines

By submitting a business, property, or service listing on Thailand Commercial Portal, you agree that:

  • Ownership & Rights: You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to publish all text, images, and materials included in your listing.
  • Accuracy of Information: All information provided in your listing must be truthful, non-misleading, and up to date.
  • Prohibited Content: Listings must not contain:
    • False, defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal contentAdult content.
    • Counterfeit goods, unlawful services, or prohibited financial schemes.
    • Content that violates Thailand’s laws, intellectual property rights, or public morality.
    • Unsolicited promotional spam or unauthorized third-party links.

3. Verification & Listing Approval

  • Moderation: We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion if it violates our policies or local regulations.
  • Listing Expiry & Removal: Listings that become outdated, inactive, or breach these terms may be deactivated or removed without prior notice.

4. Listings & Promotions

a. Launch Promotional Listings: Free promotional or featured ad placements offered during launch campaigns are granted for a temporary duration of 1 to 2 days (or up to 7 days, as specified per promotion).

b. Expiration & Upgrades: Upon completion of the promotional period, listings will automatically revert to standard directory placement unless renewed or upgraded to a paid premium tier by the listing owner.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All brand names, logos, designs, and content published by Thailand Commercial Portal are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • By uploading content to the site, you grant Thailand Commercial Portal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute your content across our platform and associated marketing channels.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Directory Platform: Thailand Commercial Portal acts as a business directory and listing showcase platform. We do not guarantee or warrant the performance, financial status, or legality of any listed business, service, or vendor.
  • User Transactions: Any transactions, communications, or agreements between you and third-party users or vendors found on this portal are strictly between you and that third party.
  • Thailand Commercial Portal is not responsible for transactions between buyers and sellers.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts and remove associated listings immediately if a user breaches these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

8. Free Business Listings

Businesses may submit one or more listings free of charge.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
