2. Directory & Marketplace Platform Role

  • Neutral Venue: Thailand Commercial Portal acts as an online listing platform and marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, brokers, and investors.
  • No Brokerage Guarantee: We are not directly involved in negotiations, sales agreements, or property transfers between users, unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
  • Accuracy of Listings: While we strive to maintain high directory standards, we do not verify or guarantee the complete accuracy, legality, or availability of user-submitted listings, properties, or businesses for sale. Buyers and investors are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

3. Account Registration & User Security

  • You may be required to register an account to submit listings or contact sellers.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and listing creation.

4. User-Generated Content & Listing Rules

When submitting a listing or publishing content on our Portal, you agree NOT to:

  1. Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive listing information.
  2. Publish content that infringes on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or property rights.
  3. Post illegal services, prohibited commercial goods, or spam.
  4. Collect or harvest user/listing contact details for unauthorized mass email or marketing outreach.
  5. Attempt to circumvent site security, introduce malware, or disrupt platform performance.

We reserve the right to review, edit, suspend, or permanently remove any listing or account that violates these terms without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, platform designs, trademarks, text, graphics, and custom code on Thailand Commercial Portal remain the exclusive intellectual property of thaicommercial.com and its licensors. User-submitted photos and listing details remain the property of their respective owners, but by posting, you grant us a royalty-free license to display and market that content on our platform and marketing channels.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
